A lot of work comes to us from clients who have been burned.
They were told their blog’s featured image could only be a certain size.
They were told “that’s just how you theme works. We can’t change it”.
They weren’t informed about properly keeping their WordPress version updated.
And while we’re happy to have the business, it’s too bad that things were not done properly in the first place. At IRG Websites we aim to provide WordPress website development and service with integrity. This means:
NO Hidden Fees
For instance, we make sure that you know how much your website’s hosting will cost you. We also do our utmost to let you know of other website maintenance costs and how to reduce them, as well as other features you may want to consider for your website in the future and how much they will cost, both in terms of time and money.
For many clients, their business is highly reliant upon a high functioning website. We do our best to return client phone calls and emails within 24 hours, but usually we are much, much quicker.
Questioning and Consultation – Answering Your Questions With Integrity
The client knows what is best for their business, but before we go ahead and implement a list of change requests submitted by a client, we point out any red flags.
You should be aware of how a change to your website might impact its SEO, its usability, or your ability to make other changes down the road.
For example, let’s say you come to us and ask for a mobile-friendly version of your website. We might ask, “do you know how much traffic is coming to your website from mobile users?” We aren’t just trying to be a pain. But it could be that if only 5% of your traffic is coming from mobile, that you’re better of spending a chunk of change from your marketing budget on something else, like paid ads, that can reach a much larger portion of your target audience.
Don’t take our prodding personally, we just want you to end up with the best end result!
Answers With Integrity
We also take your questions very seriously. If something isn’t clear, we’ll explain it a different way until you understand.
