  • Joining a Pro or Corporate maintenance plan entitles members to a free upgrade to a Pro bank of hours.
  • A bank of hours is valid for 6 months from the time of purchase.
  • Tasks will be billed in increments of 10 or 15 minutes. The hours are valid for six months after payment is received
  • We will keep track of all tasks and time spent in a spreadsheet that is shared with you
  • WhatsApp messages for Pro plan members are reviewed and responded to during business hours:

    9 a.m. - 4 p.m. Sunday through Thursday UTC/GMT + 2 hours, except for the Jewish and Israeli holidays or fast days of Rosh Hashanah, Yom Kippur, Passover, Sukkot, Purim, Shushan Purim, Lag B'Omer, Yom Ha'atzmaut, Shavuot, and Tisha B’Av. A calendar for these holidays can be provided upon request.
